HOW TO CONTACT VIRSA MENSWEAR

Should you require information or help email us on info@virsamenswear.com, where one of our dedicated Service Advisors will respond back to you within 24 hours.

HOW TO ORDER BY INTERNET?

Once you have chosen your products,

•   Add them to your cart by clicking on « Add to Shopping Bag »
•   To finalise your order and proceed to the payment, click on «Purchase»

The order process has 4 stages:

1. Register by creating your own account or login, with your email address and password
2. Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method
3. Fill in the payment information
4. Review your order and submit it

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?

Payments can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.

Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your bank will be approached for authorisation.
The invoicing address has to be a UK address.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions are secured. The Virsa Menswear website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.


Virsa Menswear does not keep any credit card information.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Deliveries to the UK

When you place your order, you will receive an email at each stage of the ordering process. Alternatively, you can track your order within My Virsa .

Deliveries outside the UK

When your order is despatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email. If we have sent your order via courier, this email will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Virsa .

Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK will be sent via an international postal service where parcel tracking is unavailable. If your parcel has been sent via an international postal service, we'll let you know this in the despatch confirmation email we send you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ISN'T DELIVERED?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Contact us on customersupport@virsamenswear.com

To provide an efficient service please ensure you have your order confirmation number to hand and details of the items you have ordered.  Orders placed throughout the Sale/Festive Holiday period may take longer.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correctly.  We cannot hold liability for unsuccessful/delayed deliveries due to an incorrect address 

WHERE CAN YOU HAVE YOUR PRODUCT DELIVERED? 

Virsa Menswear delivers in the country where the order has been placed online. Orders can be delivered at your address or in our Flagship Store: 26 Neild St, Oldham, OL8 1QG offering the Click & Collect service. 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY LEAD TIMES AND COST? 

UK Standard Delivery

Deliveries are within 3-5 working days of placing your order and we will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout when you place your order.

UK Standard Delivery cost £3.99

UK Next Day Delivery cost £6.49

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days longer:

  • The Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • The Isle of Wight
  • The Isle of Man
  • Northern Ireland

Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 21:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery 

CLICK & COLLECT 

Delivery in 1 working days in our Flagship Store; 26 Neild St, Oldham OL8 1QG. Your order will be delivered next day in our Flagship Storeif placed before 12pm from Monday to Thursday.

You'll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Once you've received this "It's Arrived" email, please bring it to our Flagship Store, along with proof of ID (this could be a credit/debit card, your passport or driver's license) when you come to collect your parcel.

If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, to prevent fraud they should present a copy of your "It's Arrived" email, along with proof of their ID (see above).

Please collect your order from our Flagship Store within 14 days. If you do not collect your order within 14 days, your items will be sent back to our warehouse and we will contact you to process a refund. 

HOW TO EXCHANGE A VIRSA MENSWEAR PRODUCT ORDERED ONLINE?

Virsa Menswear will exchange any item that does not bring you full satisfaction, within 7 days after delivery. 
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you also have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you do not want to keep the item(s), please notify us within 7 working days after receiving your order. 

To return your item(s), complete the following steps;

1. Log inyou 'My Virsa Account' with your email address and password

2. Click on 'My merchandise returns'

3. Select the order reference from the item you wish to retun

4. Select the item(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name

5. Add explanation in order for Virsa Menswear to understand why you want to return the item(s)

6. Click on 'Make an RMA slip'

7. Retun your item(s) to 26 Neild St, Oldham, Lancashire, OL8 1QG

Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed accordingly with the exchange or the return.
How to return/exchange your purchase:

In order to proceed with the exchange, the returned item(s) must be placed in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached and returned to 26 Neild St, Oldham, OL8 1QG

WHAT IS MY VIRSA ACCOUNT?

Creating My Virsa account will enable you to:

•   Follow your online orders, access your purchase history and e-receipts
•   Manage your personal information
•   Opt-in/out of Virsa Menswear Digital Communication
•   Save your personal wishlist for access on any device

HOW DO I IDENTIFY MYSELF IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

Should you have forgotten your password, please click on My Virsa tab and select “Forgotten your password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password.

HOW TO MODIFY / DELETE MY VIRSA ACCOUNT?

Virsa Menswear offers you the possibility to modify all the information of your account by clicking simply entering your My Visa account and directly modifying your details. To delete your Visa Menswear account, please email us quoting your User Name.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY SHOPPING BAG?

Virsa Menswear offers to conserve items placed in your shopping bag for 30 days on the same device.

Should you wish to preserve your shopping bag and access it from all your devices, please use the ‘save in my account’ functionality available within the shopping bag section.

If you have already signed in to your personal My Virsa account, the items placed in your shopping bag are automatically preserved.

Virsa Menswear cannot guarantee the future availability of the pieces placed in your Wishlist or your shopping bag. 

IS VIRSAMENSWEAR.COM SECURE?

Virsa Menswear has put very strict security measures in place on www.virsamenswear.com in order to guarantee your personal information. 

Thus, the Virsa Menswear website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

Virsa Menswear does not keep any credit card information.

WHAT IS VIRSA MENSWER SECURITY POLICY?

Everybody can navigate on virsamenswear.com without registering personal information.

However, when creating an account and ticking the "Digital Communication" box, a Virsa Menswear website member agrees to be contacted for invitations to Virsa

Menswear events, information on the brand and its products or customer satisfaction surveys.

Moreover, when placing an order, Virsa Menswear collects all the data of the customer needed for the shipping and billing processes: name, addresses and email.

Virsa Menswear only provides the information needed to complete the order process to its trusted third-party partners, namely bank institutions and shipping partners.

Virsa Menswear does not keep any credit card information.
